There just aren't enough hours in the day!  'Nother day half spent looking for my dog. No luck yet.  Spirits have been so down lately but I do have a backlog of goodies I've made and never posted. Yay for y'all lol!  Some of them I do need to relocate the recipes *stares at bookshelf in fear*; however that is easier said then done.

One of my favorite sites is pinterest.  It has given me more recipes and craft ideas then I can possibly complete in a life time; yet I still spend hours browsing.  Why?  Amazing inspiration!!!  Not just for fashion and photography but for health.  I truly insist on living a healthier lifestyle and getting in better shape.  The quotes and photos mixed with the awesome workouts I have found on this website are priceless.  It will help be become my after.  While I'm not going to post it just yet I did take my before photo today. 6 months from now I WILL take a progress photo.

Happier Post As Promised

Evenin Lovelies,
Well my precious dog still isn't home, but her picture is everywhere through help of great friends and family.  All the local shelters are notified and will call if found.  I have been praying about it and feel a sense of calm.  Have a feeling she will return just hope it is soon. 
Since I was in such a dumpy mood most of the day I did not make cookies but will tomorrow.  I have been looking at some Valentine crafts/recipes.  Plan on cooking some up next week.

Sad Day = Sad Post

Hi Lovelies,
I try to be very upbeat and for the most part am a happy person with a good life.  Sometimes though we all need some quiet time.  Anyone who knows me knows my animals are my life and while our dog has been missing less then 24 hours this is the longest she has been gone.  She hates rain and its cold and rainy with a chance of snow/sleet tonight.  Praying really hard she is somewhere safe and at least dry.  Positive thoughts from you would really help.

I suppose this is a good day to bring up one of my many internet addictions (pinterest, facebook, etsy, oh geez I could go on).  Today is Post Secrets.  Some are funny, some are weird, some are just plan creepy, and some hit you right in the heart and all you can utter out is "I though I was alone."  I've never submitted any of my own secrets though I do plan on it.  I've always considered secrets to be a healthy thing in that they allow you to never be completely vulnerable to someone and "I've never told anyone" is much less hurtful then "I didn't feel I could trust you with this knowledge."

New years resolutions a week later...and a couple more

Evening Lovelies
  Well here we are a week later its about time for all those new years resolutions to start petering off and lives to return to normal....except mine.  Four solid days of drinking mostly lemon water (with one Dr. Pepper indulgence a day) and I feel phenomenal!  Start more working out on Monday and in February I'm joining a gym with several work out buddies YAYYYY.  Trip planning is going well and Ive gotten to see some really important people.

And one last thing for the evening.  Yesterday I had a huge scare lost my wallet with cash, debit card, and company card.  I was flipping out but it was found, PHEW! And all my stuff was in it including my cash.  Take notice of the small blessings people.  Be thankful for them and the people that help create them.

Cliche New Years Resolutions

I hope all of you were very safe last night and rang in the new year in style.  Whats new years without resolutions?  Lots of whining lately about "why does it take a day to better your life" blah blah blah.  To me its a starting place to measure how long it takes to implement the things I want.  I'm not making a new me because lets face it I'm awesome; I'm making a better happier me.

I'd really love to get healthier.  By that I mean I would like to lose weight but for the purpose to prolong my awesome life because I already look fabulous.
Take more pictures.  I love how beautiful they are and the memories they create.
BAKE MORE!
Blog more.  Aren't you lucky?
Travel more!

HAPPY NEW YEARS EVE LOVELIES!
Too many people now a days over look the most amazing handmade products to go for cheaper convenient mass produced crap.  I have an addiction to handmade amazingness.  In an effort to get people out of marts and buying from people who put EFFORT, LOVE, and TALENT in their products I'll be showcasing some of my favorite people/companies.
First up Lucky Cupcake Hairclips!!  I LOVE Joy she is freaking awesome and keeps me looking and feeling like a rock star.  Anyone who knows me knows I love all things pinup and this year plan on doing more pinup photo shoots.  I've messaged with her on products and not only is she super sweet she cares about her customers.  I truly look forward to creating custom pinup hair clips with her and the photographs they help produce.  When I make it to 10 followers I'm going to give away one of her hair bows. Hmmm now which one do I buy y'all?

I'm totally excited to use the pickle sleeve on July 4th.  Don't hate.
